These wine dinners are uniquely set in a wine cellar bistro where enjoying food, wine and friendship are a way of life. Jim and Daphne Bowman, along with their team have created a wonderful evening of culinary fare and wine that showcases how they create harmony together. This slow paced European style way of dining allows guests time to take in and cultivate relationships with others at the table. We offer unique and one of a kind Chocolate Dipped Wine Bottles, and yes, the wine is still in the bottle. Reserve yours today. A great way to share a special gift with the one you love. Chocolate Dipped Bottles are priced from $30 to $50 depending on your wine selection. Add a gourmet truffles in a souviner glass for just $10 more. Chocolate Dipped Wine Bottle Must be ordered in advance.
Coffee & Tea List
Teas & Hot Cocoas: Enjoy tea and coffee freshly prepared and ordered weekly. We have regular or decaffeinated with a large array of styles and flavors. We also offer loose leaf teas in a wide array of flavors.
Coffee: From the Roasterie we now offer K-Cups of their best selling flavors and now serving their Iced Coffee in cans in the bistro and to go. The coffee's always on at WSM. Our roaster is family owned and operated out of Tyler Texas and offers top quality coffees in a wide variety of flavors. Sold by the pound in whole bean or we can grind it for you. Try Jim and Daphne's favorite, Hazelnut Cream Coffee.
Vintage Old Fashioned Soda: Soda made with all the sugar and none of the fake stuff! This is the way soda is meant to be enjoyed!
Gourmet Foods: Enjoy Jams and Jellies from Beautiful Day Farms in Richmond made from locally sourced fruits and foraging. Our packaged mixes made by Sunflower Foods and Rabbit Creek Products in Lenexa, Kansas include bread & brownie mixes, scone mix, dips & cheeseball mixes, chocolate pudding cake and many more products. Their quality kitchens keep our customers coming back for more. Enjoy all natural potato chips from Billy Goat Chip Co.We carry local honey from The Bowman Family Farm and also Curfman Honey in Excelsior Springs.
Enjoy the wonderful Wine Glace, Winerita mixes in a variety of flavors. Plus, enjoy truffles and gourmet goodies from Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company out of St. Louis. Additionally, jams and jellies from Washington Missouri are made and for sale from Pappy's Gourmet and Liz and Linda's special gourmet foods.

The basement bistro area is complete and we now offer a gourmet lunch along with light appetizers while you sip your wine, coffee, cafe' au lait or tea. Pop in on Saturday or Sunday afternoon for live music and try something new we are offering.
