About the event
An evening of wine and food paired perfectly together in an intimate setting. Brandon, the winemaker and Dan, one of the owners will be here for a wonderful culinary and wine event. Course 1, Poached Pear & Brie Crostini with Bacon & Dark Fig Balsamic with Esau, Course 2, Mesculin Greens with wine soaked apricots, chevre cheese with Dry Vignoles, Main Course, Stuffed Ravioli with red wine reduction sauce, beef tips and mushrooms with Apocalypse, Course 4, Espresso Chocolate cake with Dark Cherry Balsmic reduction with Norton. This slow dinner in a bistro and wine cellar is a perfect way to enjoy food and wine in a slower pace and learn about the winery in the process. Reservations are needed to hold your table.
