These wine dinners are uniquely set in a wine cellar bistro where enjoying food, wine and friendship are a way of life. Jim and Daphne Bowman, along with their team have created a wonderful evening of culinary fare and wine that showcases how they create harmony together. This slow paced European style way of dining allows guests time to take in and cultivate relationships with others at the table. Sat. May 4th - Cocktail Class with DogMaster Distillery. This unique class showcases simple bartending basics for your home bar using proper bar tools and techniques. Make 3 cocktails and enjoy light appetizers. $20 per person.

Sunday, Cinco De Mayo - Enjoy our normal menu plus specials to include Pork Street Tacos, Hot Bacon Cheddar Nachos, enchilada pie, tres leche cake, flan and more...plus Ron Richards playing finger style guitar in the cellar
Fri, May 10th kicks off SECOND WEEKENDS. Enjoy Copper Creek 'lite' in the wine cellar and open late til 8:30 for dinner. Also, come dressed in your best Gatsby attire as it's also Gatsby Days in downtown.
Sat, May 11th more fun continues with *Wine Trolley (EStrolley.com) and enjoy a wine tasting with Baltimore Bend Winery from 11:30-2:00pm.
Mother's Day Sunday, May 12th - open 11-3pm with reservations recommended. It's live jazz in the cellar from Jim Beisman and a regular menu plus all the specialty desserts, quiches, and specialty croissant sandwiches.
