About the event

An evening of wine and food paired perfectly together in an intimate setting. Finalizing the menu now with Andrew from Pennington Wines. The European style slow dinner event has four dinner courses paired perfectly with wine. Course 1 - Shrimp stuffed Pequillo Peppers with Ruby Sky Dry Rose, Course 2 - Roasted Beet & Grapefruit Salad with Bleu Cheese with Paradox Sweet Red, Main Course - Smoked Porkloin with Chimichurri, Black Bean Rice and Col a La Mexicana (roasted cabbage with peppers & tomatoes) served with Chambourcin, Course 4 - Chocoalte Mousse with oranges, raspberries and cocoa powder dust.
