An evening where wine, friendship and culinary fare come together in an old European style dinner. Slow, intimate and in a unique wine cellar bistro. Meet the Gm of Augusta winery and learn all the history and up to date details of what's happening with the winery, the wines and the region. Menu includes Fresh Canteloupe and Watermelon with a Dry Vignoles, Beef Tenderloin medalians and seared shrimp with a Barrel Aged Norton Reserve, fresh grilled peaches with Ice Wine. Enjoy 6 different wines through the evening.
